🎂 If someone is booking a party: If you are well-versed in our parties you can take the booking — but make sure you are fully comfortable. If not, honesty is the best policy. You can say:
"I am actually new to the team, so I feel like I better have our manager give you a call to go over party options!"
🎭 If someone wants to book a Storybook Entertainment service you are unfamiliar with:
"Thank you for wanting to book with us! Our office staff who handle our traveling side of our business are only in on weekdays, but I can take a message and have them reach out to you first thing on Monday!"
